Today was technically like any other day. Nothing too special happened. Except for maybe the fact that I did *really* well on my chemistry exam (trust me, my grade needed it). I suppose I did fairly well on my presentation in Lit—the whole class will be giving presentations over 2 weeks or so and I was the first one to go on the first day. I messed up on one of the parts and I swear it wasn’t a part of the instructions when I looked (but I guess it doesn't matter in the end). It doesn’t matter. 35/40 in Tanabe’s class is a godsend (even tho my grade in that class is dying).
Huh. I’m quite the pessimist huh. anyways I caught a cute/hot girl staring at me in Tanabe’s. twice. I winked at her lol. that was fun.
Other than that, I worked on the CSS for my APCSP project. That was slightly frustrating (cuz picking colors that go well together is fucking hard), but I got closer to one of the two seniors who sit near me. Basically, two senior boys sit to my left and two junior boys sit to my right. The huge Apple monitors on the long desk cut me off from communicating easily with anyone who sits in front of me. So, yeah, I was stuck with these boys, being the awkward person that I am. And, yeah, it was nice developing a nice friendship with them. All four of the boys treat me well and I don’t feel all that awkward anymore. They actually think I’m very organized and am good at coding and all that. They respect what I have to say and consider my opinions, even if I end up being wrong in the end.
It’s a nice feeling.
Anyways, I left school feeling happy. (Oh yes, I forgot to mention, I spoke with Nico again. Idk why he likes me that much but he does and I'm glad he does lol.) Today was actually a lot of fun because my family didn't fight. Of course, my mother did have her usual grumpiness, but my father was in a joyful mood and it really spread to the rest of the family too, I guess. I finished my summer writing course app, and went to Krav (which was a ton of fun bc I made good friends there, more to be told another time), had yummy noodles for dinner, and then studied for my Spanish test.

Also, I need to apparently find a guest speaker for a bio club event in 2 weeks 😭. rip. I ranted about this to Darren and he came up with the most ridiculous suggestions EVER to fix my troubles 😭. I was half crying and half laughing at that point.
